BadgeBoard was created by an ICU nurse who still works at the bedside and understands how messy hospital schedules can get: nights, weekends, call, extra shifts, rough assignments, multiple jobs, and the constant mental math before payday.
It is not another enterprise scheduling system or generic calendar. It started as a practical way to manage the parts of hospital life that normal calendars ignore: tracking shifts, estimating take-home pay, remembering hard days, saving work links, and lining up days off with the people you actually work alongside.
